It sounds more like a few decades after the end when civilization is rising again. It's to happy and cheerful to be immediate aftermath.

Hmm. I see your point there bro.
I was going along the lines of a counter theme. As in the whole world is falling apart and the few people remaining who are standing on a building thats about to crumble are looking out into the destruction as everything falls apart. Very vivid lol.
